For the past years, St. Thomas’ children have enjoyed a week staycation at Standon Bowers Outdoor Activity Centre (Staffordshire) to develop a love for Outdoor Adventurous Activities (OAA). 

Challenging but enjoyable tasks meant that our pupils could build long-lasting confidence, communication and resilience skills needed for life, all while developing relationships in a unique environment, surrounded by beautiful English countryside.

Whilst boasting an historic past, the facilities and activities at Standon Bowers are definitely of today. Activities include a state-of-the-art BMX track designed by Olympic specialists and much more:
